Our office hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. However, we can see
you outside office hours, for example before 9.00am, after 5.00pm or on
weekends. Please give us a call beforehand to arrange an appointment.
As well as offering a local service in the North-West we can also provide a
complete accident claims service to clients who are unable to visit our
offices and live some distance away. Indeed we have clients from many parts
of the country. We can visit you at home, work or hospital to discuss the
case on a face-to-face basis.
Appointments to see us are not always necessary but a quick call to let us
know beforehand will help both us and you in ensuring that we will be able to
see you with the minimum of waiting.
There is on-street pay-and-display car parking on Mawdsley Street. Parking is
also available in the car parks around the adjoining streets.
For your comfort the firm has a no smoking policy.
